Google Business Profile

For this setup you need the login information to your GBP.

Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, or TikTok

For this setup you need the login information to your social medial accounts. Make sure to use the profile is representing the business and not a personal profile. You don't need all social media accounts, just bring the credentials for the accounts you plan to use with the automations.

Stripe Account

To collect payments your business needs a merchant account. We integrate with Stripe one of the top merchant companies in the US. If you already have an account all you need is the login information to integrate. If you don't have an account you can setup one at https://dashboard.stripe.com/register.

Company Logo

This will be used in different places like in your email automations and funnels.

Your Company Website Access

If you plan to include a chat widget, which we highly recommend, you need to load a few lines of code into your existing website. Don't worry if you don't know we'll help you but you need the credentials to do it. If you have a webmaster we can provide the instructions to load the code.

Credit Card

Your account will be preloaded with credits to send emails and text at no additional cost, once the credit is used your account will be charged for additional emails and text. Phone calls using the phone connector will also be charged to the credit card. You can go to the pricing structure article for more details.
